Catch-up & Clean-up Services
Every business is unique, and so is every bookkeeping cleanup. During your free consultation, I’ll learn more about your business, discuss your current bookkeeping, and provide a general estimate based on what you share. If you'd like to move forward, I'll complete a detailed diagnostic review to determine exactly what needs to be corrected. Once the diagnostic is complete, you'll receive a fixed project quote that I stand behind. The cost won't change unless the scope of work changes.

Here’s how it works:
1) Free Consultation
We'll start with a free 15–30 minute consultation where I'll learn more about your business, discuss your bookkeeping needs, and answer any questions you have.
During this meeting we'll discuss:
How far behind your books are
Your bookkeeping goals
Your accounting software
Any known issues or concerns
What services you may need
Based on this conversation, we'll provide a general estimate for the project.
2) Bookkeeping Diagnostic Review
$150 (Applied Toward Your Cleanup Project)
Before I begin any cleanup work, I'll perform a detailed review of your books to determine exactly what needs to be corrected. This allows me to provide an accurate, fixed project quote. If you decide to move forward with hiring Webb Accounting Studio, your $150 Diagnostic Review is credited toward the total cost of your cleanup.
During your diagnostic review I will:
Review your QuickBooks file
Review bank and credit card accounts
Check reconciliations
Evaluate your Chart of Accounts
Identify bookkeeping errors
Determine what needs to be corrected
After the review, you'll receive:
✔ A summary of my findings
✔ A fixed project quote
✔ An estimated completion timeline
3) Clean Up Begins
Once the engagement letter is signed, I will get to work restoring your books.
Depending on your project, services may include:
Organizing transactions
Account reconciliations
Correcting bookkeeping errors
Cleaning up the Chart of Accounts
Recording missing transactions
Payroll corrections
Financial statement preparation
Catch-up bookkeeping
Communication throughout the project

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Every cleanup is different. After your free consultation we'll provide a general estimate. Following the diagnostic review, you'll receive a fixed project quote based on the work required.
-
Every business is different, and every cleanup requires a thorough review before I can accurately determine the scope of work. The Diagnostic Review allows me to evaluate your bookkeeping records, identify any issues, and provide a fixed project quote tailored to your business. If you move forward with your cleanup, the $150 review is applied toward your project cost.
-
No. Once the Diagnostic Review is complete and we've agreed on the scope of work, your project quote is fixed.
The only time your quote would change is if additional work is discovered that was not identified during the Diagnostic Review or if you request additional services after the project begins. For example, if the Diagnostic Review determines that three months of bookkeeping needs to be reconciled, but additional records later reveal that six months require cleanup, I'll discuss the findings with you before completing any additional work.
Nothing will move forward without your knowledge and approval. I'll explain what was discovered, why it affects the project, and any change in cost before proceeding. I believe in clear communication and complete transparency, so you'll never receive surprise charges or invoices for work you didn't authorize.
-
Not necessarily. During your consultation we'll discuss what information is available and help determine what documentation is needed to complete your cleanup.
